Umbrella likes to stay connected with the people of GE City so this year Anastasia Wolfe set up a themed destination charity event for Halloween. While being billed as being all staged with cutting-edge special effects, in truth, Umbrella had a bit of a T-Virus outbreak at one of their remote island facilities. Anastasia recently created an aerosol agent that was dispersed over the island that seems to make the victims more docile after infection and it turned out to be quite successful, so instead of sending in Umbrella agents to take care of the mess she decided to turn it into a fun one-time amusement park-like event for the unknowing public. What could possibly go wrong?
