Minders 76 Tia: Forest, just what is that you’re wearing? Forest: It’s a gentleman’s bathing costume, I bought it when the Army & Navy store In London closed in 2005. Tia: It’s not exactly – err conventional – for the gym these days. Forest: Maybe not, but if you were expecting to see me stretching some lycra to its limit, expect again! Tia: Now, this is a cross trainer Forest. Forest: Preparation for crucifixion perhaps? Tia: It gives balanced exercise for the whole body. Forest: So does walking to the pub and lifting a few pints! Forest: The handles need adjusting.
